We've been doing this since 1994, and in all that time, one thing has stayed constant: we don't feel good about a job unless you do. Framing is personal. You're trusting us with something that matters to you, an original artwork, a family photo, a jersey from a game you'll never forget. That's not something we take lightly. And if for any reason the result isn't what you hoped for, we want to know about it.

The Guarantee

Before we cut a single mat or join a single frame, you'll have approved the combination. We'll lay out the options in front of you, frame, mat, glass, so you can see exactly how it'll look. No surprises.
Sometimes a customer comes in with a very clear idea that, in our professional opinion, won't do their piece justice. We'll always say so, respectfully and honestly. Our job is to give you our best advice, not just to take your order.
Mistakes are rare, but if something isn't right when you collect your piece, bring it back. We'll assess it together and make it right, whether that means remaking the frame, adjusting the mat, or replacing damaged glass. We'll tell you upfront what we can and can't do.
Some pieces have limitations. Some materials have constraints. If there's something we can't do, or a result we can't guarantee, we'll tell you before you leave your artwork with us, not after.
