Got questions? We've got answers.
Our standard turnaround for both framing and artmounting is 2 weeks. If you're working to a tighter deadline, let us know — we'll check material availability and our production schedule to see what we can do. Rush jobs aren't always guaranteed, but more often than not, we can make it happen.
We offer a range of glazing options to suit different budgets and needs:
Standard Clear Glass — A reliable everyday option with a slight reflective finish.
AR70 Glass — Reduces glare and blocks up to 70% of UV rays to help protect your artwork from fading.
UV99 Conservation Glass — 99% UV protection, ideal for valuable or sentimental pieces.
Museum Glass® — Our premium option. 99% UV protection with virtually invisible, anti-reflective clarity. The gold standard for fine art and taonga.
Not sure which is right for you? We're happy to talk through the best option for your artwork, lighting, and budget.
For small to medium frames, we use cord attached to D-rings — secure, easy to level, and compatible with standard picture hooks. For larger or heavier pieces, we use upward-facing D-rings without cord, which reduces strain on the frame and removes the risk of cord snapping over time.
Every frame leaves us ready to hang, with picture hooks included.
We don't use adhesive hangers like Command strips — they're not reliable for anything long-term or valuable. D-rings are simply the safer, more professional choice.
Here's a trick we love: use newspaper, wrapping paper, or any large scrap paper and some masking tape to mock up the size directly on your wall. It sounds simple, but it takes the guesswork out completely.
Once you've landed on a size that feels right, we can work backwards to calculate the ideal print dimensions — and arrange the printing for you too. Just get in touch and we'll talk you through your options.
We don't print in-house, but we work with a range of off-site printers — from fine art specialists to great-value poster printers. Once we know what you need, we'll recommend the right option and coordinate everything on your behalf. Printing typically takes around 5 working days.
We don't offer delivery or installation ourselves, but we work closely with experienced art couriers and professional installers we trust. Whether it's a large-scale piece or a delicate taonga, we'll point you in the right direction. Just ask.
