You stayed at home but in the passenger’s seat of my red rented Dodge Challenger you joined me for every mile and every hour of that road. I cried at the top of my lungs while you made me sing and dance like a kid. Your hand on my knee the whole way home, you would get so sick of me stopping the car to take photos but you also knew these were the happiest days of my life.
