Free Pick up / Delivery service.
After the NZ Covid-19 lockdown, we have worked to introduce interim measures to best serve our customers. As we recognise that even when our doors are able to reopen, our customers still may not feel comfortable getting out and about in public. For this reason, we have decided to introduce a free pickup and delivery service for all of our valued Artmount & Framing Customers.
We will personally come to your front door step and collect your works to be framed or mounted, while keeping a safe distance.
Your safety and ours is of the upmost importance, for this reason we will keep it brief and limit contact. All precautions will be taken.
Once we collect your Artworks, we will be in touch with a quote to discuss your works. We can do this over the phone, via email or by using Zoom. We can send you photos of your works paired with our frame recommendations.
When your work is ready, we will ensure that it is sterilised before delivering it back to your doorstep.
This free service is on offer to customers in the central Auckland area, i.e Parnell, Remuera, Ponsonby, Grey Lynn, St Heliers, Orakei, Mt Eden, Epsom, Pt Chevalier, Westmere. However please email us to see if this service applies to your address, usually we will be able to make it work.
Please note terms and conditions apply for this service. Size restrictions may apply. As this is a complementary service, if you opt to not follow through on a framing job which we have collected from your household, you may be required to pay a pre-determined fee to cover our costs, and to courier the work back to you. This is a temporary service and is on offer for a limited time only.
